Ms.Kathy was very helpful sweet and coherent to everything I asked. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and sure of my decision. I recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed in handling this task and also recommend this Lens Crafter here in Harbison @Columbiana Mall! Thank you guys I can see again.
I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Cayla. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find frames that fit perfectly, and made sure I understood my lens options without feeling pressured. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the care and effort she showed me. Kathy was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find nice frames and included lenses that will provide full peripheral view. I look forward to coming in to pick up the glasses and future visits.
I’m going thru chemo and asked to use the bathroom just a few steps away as I was experiencing profound nausea. They said no. All the staff is addicted to screens and personal texting the exam itself was excellent and Kathy in sales was professional. After I pick up my order I’m never coming back, that was beyond rude and heartless.
Kathy assisted us yesterday with selecting transitional tinted bifocal glasses as first-time buyers by greeting us with a friendly, welcoming tone and provided useful information after actively listening to our concerns. She also shared ways we could save money by cost comparisons which helped us reduced our out-of-pocket costs. This was reassuring and reinforced transparency in the final transaction. Thanking Kathy for her personal and genuine interest she demonstrated that enhanced our overall experience in helping us make decisions and which exceeded our expectations!!!
