This review is several months past due, but when I was visiting from out of town I ran out of contacts and so I stopped in to see if I could get more ordered. The store manager Arnisha Edwards was very welcoming and immediately greeted me and quickly helped me even while she was juggling multiple customers. I have been meaning to post this because it is so refreshing when you are warmly greeted and receive impeccable customer service. If you are local I would definitely go to this store.

I had such an amazing experience picking out my new glasses at LensCrafters in Mount Pleasant. Saryia’s customer service was truly outstanding. I have always bought my glasses here, and have always been very pleased with my glasses. This experience with Saryia was extraordinary, and surpasses all my expectations. She had such patience with me, as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I thought I had decided on a frame, when I changed my mind, and she was so calm and patient with me. I decided I wanted a white pair of frames at the last minute, and Gwen found exactly what I was describing. I am so grateful for their genuine concern for the customer. When I went to pick up my white frames, Ebony assisted me, and her customer service was truly outstanding. I cannot thank Saryia, Gwen and Ebony enough for assisting me with my new glasses. You all truly go above and beyond for the customer, and it means so much in this world where outstanding customer service is hard to find. LensCrafters is fortunate to have such outstanding employees.

Gwendolyn was amazing. I came in with screenshots and she quickly found all of my pairs and even had some suggestions I hadn’t seen. It was probably my best visit where I didn’t spend more time looking which made making a decision super easy. Everyone else in the store was nice as well.

Arnisha was great and helped me get my glasses replaced! She informed me about the deals they had, and Gwendolyn kept the vibes super positive! I felt welcomed and left with some shades for the whole family!

We were in Isle of Palm's SC for the winter. My husband needed glasses after having trouble with his. We stopped in a Lens Crafters for the 1st time in Mount Pleasant. We were very pleased with the Variety and quality of their selection of eye glasses. We were helped by Arnisha Edward's the Store Market Manager. She was so much help, very patient. She was so knowledgeable, I was impressed by the way she helped my husband. He is so pleased with how she helped him find glasses that were great for him. I decided to make an eye appointment as well. When I came back I was so glad Arnisha was there. I recieved just as good service from her as he did. She brought me a couple pair I would have never picked out on my own. They ended up being my favorite after trying on many pairs. I decided to Check out contacts as well.
