Great experience, from the online booking of the eye exam to the help received choosing comfortable & stylish frames. Went with the olive meta’s. Dr. Herrero was very thorough, Janelle, the manger, is a gem & Karina, the associate is top notch, ask for either when choosing your eye wear!

I honestly love it. Place is beautifully put together but to top it off. I must commend Abby for her phenomenal customer service. She was beyond amazing from start to finish! I wish I could just relay everything on how she made my experience so memorable! She was well versed in the product as well! I’ve been contemplating for a while if I should get metas and she helped me decide finally. Alongside that, she got me on the great deals that LensCrafters had going on and saved me a big lump sum of money. Thank you Lens crafters! And thank you especially Abby for your exemplary service!

Corbin at Eye Care Consultant went above and beyond for me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly took his time to help me with everything I needed. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions with care. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you for making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I stopped by on a whim to try on a few new styles and Aaron was super friendly and offered to show me a curated set of frames he picked out for my face shape and wants. No pressure at all to buy anything, but let me know a general price and told me I’m welcome to come by or go online to get an exam or a quote on my new glasses when it’s time

I was in LensCrafters today when a very, shall I say “difficult” customer came in. The two front desk girls handled it with such professionalism and kept such a calm demeanor. I recently had an exam done here, I was completely happy with the service and came back to look at frames because of how friendly the staff was at my initial visit. Keep up the great customer service, team.
