Michael did such a wonderful job repairing our sunglasses. Absolute life saver! We thought we might need to get a new pair and he expertly brought them back to life.

I bought sunglasses and the staff (especially Angelo) was very knowledgeable about the options, the pricing with different configurations, and what they mean. All communication was proactive. I had requested to be altered about my sunglasses asap after they arrive, and when the staff brought out the box in front of me, I noticed that these instructions were also written on the order slip as a reminder by the staff. Great experience.

I was visiting from out of town and my Ray-Ban aviators were damaged. An employee at this store kindly examined, straightened, adjusted, and cleaned my glasses in minutes. I was blown away with the kind and courteous service. I will definitely visit this store again in the future.
