Anthony was very helpful. After trying to find replacement frames for my broken glasses and not finding a match for my lenses, he very quickly helped me find some reasonably priced readers. He was able to find a set that worked better than my existing pair. He quickly adjusted the new pair to fit me perfectly. Problem solved.
This place blew me away! My husband had absolutely demolished his nice, new glasses. Without hesitation, Vanessa behind the counter (so nice and courteous) sprung into action and made the quickest fix. My husband said they fit and looked even better now! Truly enjoy working with Anthony and Vanessa at LensCrafters in the Pasadena Macy's! Both are extremely knowledgeable of the eyewear inventory and make good suggestions on styles that fit my face. When a decision is reached they both know how to efficiently process an order to find out how to save me the most money possible. Vanessa and Anthony always greet me by name when I walk in and both go above and beyond to be helpful. I have seen them when they are super busy and they always maintain their cool and give each customer the time and information they need.

Bought my eyeglasses at a different location but stopped by to have them tightened. The shop assistant took his time to make sure the glasses would fit perfectly and was very nice.
