Recently purchased 2 pair of sunglasses with prescription! They have a variety of sunglasses and regular glasses to choose from. Philip Rodano help me and was so kind and patient as I was trying the to pick the best frames for my face shape. Really appreciate his help! Will definitely be coming back for more sunglasses! Service was 10/10!

My mother needed a pair of sunglasses tighten and fitted to her face. We originally bought the sunglasses at the sunglass hut on the first floor of the Macy's. We took the glasses there and to the sunglass hut in the mall and both places told us the glasses could not be fitted or tightened anymore and there was nothing we could do. As one last hail Mary we tried taking them here with little faith they would be able to be fixed. Johanna greeted us promptly and had my mom's glasses fitted within 5 minutes of us entering the store. Thank you Johanna!
There’s a Lens Crafters in two different locations within Willowbrook Mall. This comment is specifically for the Lens Crafters inside of Macys on the second floor. First time going to this location to ask for measurements ONLY and it was the worst experience I’ve had. Rude and condescending exchange with the manager. He insinuated we wanted a formal eye exam which he then proceeded we’d need to consult with our insurance and neither myself or the person I was with during this visit politely stated we were inquiring about receiving such treatment. We simply asked for frame measurements which he eventually gave us but then added a note on how unusual it is to ask for such numbers. As he’s been working at this location for years and is an expert in his field, I understand he may have his own opinion but quite frankly we didn’t ask for it. Overall, I’m not coming back here. The quality of customer service isn’t worth it.
