I had a great experience; it was my first time going to this location. Jennifer was so welcoming both over the phone & in person. She helped get my appointment started and made sure my exams went smoothly. Dr. Carr was also very kind and knowledgeable. Kendra was patient while I chose glasses and sunglasses that were both functional and fashion-forward. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and for making my visit such a positive one!

Brenda was fantastic! I went into the store looking to replace my old prescription glasses and she helped me pick out a pair that were my taste. She even went above and beyond to apply all the deals and promotions they were currently offering. I ended up getting 2 for almost the price of 1. Highly recommend and top tier customer service from her. Thank you again Brenda!

Okay so I got my eyes tested by the optometrist who was very friendly. The receptionist was very bland. I was looking at the frames online and saw one I loved. I wanted to try it on in person so I go to the store. They quoted me $100 more than what I was getting it online. I go home order it online. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the frames. I came back to the store to return my glasses. Female receptionist says I can’t return it here, need to return at a stand alone LensCrafters. Okay, so I’m looking around the store for frames that I would love. Big male receptionist comes up and say can I help you, I said I’m looking around and then I’ll placement order online because the price in store is always inflated. He says I should look at the other location in which I plan to return my glasses. HUH? Is looking at frames in store a crime?? I would gladly purchase in store if the price was the same as online. After he told me that, I immediately left because I felt uncomfortable just for looking around. SMH

Jennifer is the besttt and the sweetest! Had so much fun picking out my next pair with her. Will definitely come back when it’s time for my next pair.

Kendra, the store manager, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and provided all necessary information, ensuring I departed with complete confidence in my vision care. She also facilitated services despite my insurance being out-of-network. Kendra's team was equally accommodating, guiding me through the required paperwork. I was exceedingly satisfied with the services rendered and highly recommend Dr. Carr and Kendra. I consider myself fortunate to have encountered such a remarkable team. The LensCrafters at Bay Plaza Mall operates as a highly efficient optical clinic, and I will not seek vision care elsewhere.
