I had a wonderful experience at this location from start to finish. Dr Gragg was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and gave me a lot of information about eye health in general and my own. Madison next door was wonderful too. She was so helpful and showed me some other pairs of glasses to choose from when she got an idea of what I liked. She wanted to make sure I left with a pair I was happy with. I highly recommend this location.

Baybrook LensCrafters is the only place I would go to buy my glasses. Pam who we have now dealt with few times always takes good care of us and any customers we see. First class service from her start to finish. I don’t think people realize you can get really nice brand frames at a great deal with Excellant service at this location

Pamela made great suggestions, super friendly and knowledgeable. The fitting was priceless. No rush! No pressure! Thank you for making my Husband so comfortable on his Birthday finding his next pair of glasses! We’ll be back for my next pair in June.
