I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters My sales lady was friendly and welcoming from the start She was so helpful and patient while working with me and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how kind she was. I definitely had the best experience and would recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for new glasses

I was cared for superbly and loved all the help I received from Brittany at Macy’s LensCrafters at Twelve Oaks Mall. She was delightful and knows what she’s doing! I love my glasses, all three!!

Dr. Habib is nothing short of a magician. Back in 2020, she was the sixth eye doctor I had seen after struggling to get the right prescription. She was the only one who took the time to truly understand my vision and gave me a pair of glasses that actually worked. For the first time in a long time, I could see the world clearly. I’ll always be grateful for that. Fast forward six years, I lost those glasses. The very first thing I did was search to see if Dr. Habib was still practicing here. When I saw that she was, I couldn’t stop smiling. I had my exam today, and just like before, she was incredibly thorough, patient, and precise. Once again, she nailed my prescription. Crystal-clear vision all over again. Dr. Habib, you have my deepest respect and gratitude. The care you provide genuinely changes people’s lives, and our community is fortunate to have someone like you. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. They are warm, professional, efficient, and refreshingly transparent. No sales pressure, no gimmicks, no games, just honest advice, clear communication, and a genuine focus on finding the right solution for each patient. It’s rare to find a place that combines world-class expertise with such integrity. I recommend this office wholeheartedly. Five stars without a second thought.

Poor service, went there to get my eyes examined using my insurance, after 30 minutes they came back to me with (you have to pay out of pocket) I called my insurance to have them talk to LensCrafters, everything was supposed to be good, went there again and heard the same answer, they have no communication between each other, they can’t call the clerk who my insurance spoke to. Don’t recommend it

Indira was very helpful as well as Dr and everyone else. They knew about insurance and helped me choose frames that were perfect. Thanks and always my choice for eye exam!!
