Overall great experience at the Broadway Plaza Walnut Creek store! Dr. Ng and the staff are professional, knowledgable, and personable. The store is nicely designed and there are many frames to choose from...including stylish designer frames. Happy to have such a great Optometry option in my area.

I first came here about a year ago, which suggests my review isn’t as current as it should be. I bought a new pair of glasses as well as prescription sunglasses. There was a sale and I wound up getting them for slightly less than my buddy - who bought something similar but used his insurance. Not sure how that works but I was happy. I love the frame options here and their service is fine. I’d give them five stars but the constant “up selling” of features and coatings was aggravating to say the least. With that said, I went back a few weeks ago and we found beautiful sunglasses for my wife though they aren’t prescription. Give this place a try. I think you will like it.
