Karina at Lenscrafters and all the staff were excellent! Hands down best place to get friendly, helpful service. Thank you so much for putting me new lens in my glasses!! I love them.

I can’t thank Scott enough for helping me during my vacation. I accidentally left my contacts in another state and was honestly panicking about how I was going to get through the trip. Scott went completely out of his way to help me get replacement contacts quickly, and his kindness and willingness to help truly saved my vacation. He was patient, compassionate, and treated me like more than just another customer. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Scott genuinely made a lasting impression on me. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and lenscrafters.

The in store Optometrist was great. Very professional, through, explained in detail the findings. Definitely will return next year! As for LensCrafters, I was provided excellent customer service from Scott, a Manager, at a Mesa location. He was more than patient with me. He assisted in helping me to choose the correct frames and lenses for my needs, and even more importantly, exactly what I wanted! Thank you Scott!! 👏😄

I went into their office in December for an eye exam. I paid for my deductible and sat down only to realize the name on the receipt was not mine. I went to the desk and they realized they billed the wrong client profile. They told me the charge would be cancelled and then charged me once again under my profile. Well they never refunded me back my money. I’ve left several messages with their billing department along with the store manager. So not only did we have a HIPPA violation when they provided me with sensitive client information. We now have a fraudulent insurance billing issue that they are not attempting to resolve since they billed me and another client. Do not go here shady business practices.

My wife and I went into LensCrafters to purchase new glasses and were greeted by Brian Nagy as soon as we entered the store. Brian helped me with my selection and Ashley Martinez-Saldana waited on my wife. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. During the selection process they showed us several frames and lens options and were very patient while we made our selection. The buying process was transparent, honest, hassle-free, and went smooth from start to finish. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ashley and Brian.
