I had a very good experience. The wait time was minimal, the technician was very competent and efficient and Dr. Umlas offered a small procedure that, so far, has decreased the discomfort I have been experiencing with my dry eye condition in my left eye.
We love Dr Kristen Stanley. First I saw her and now my kids both see her also. She's the best eye doctor I've ever seen.
I recently had a follow up appointment with Dr Thomas while Dr McCoy was away. He was very accessible and non-rushed. He finished the work that the technical staff had performed before my session with him. I felt that I was in very good hands with him, as I also feel with Dr McCoy. I have already booked my next appointment. The Lexington office is not as close to my home as the Westford office, but the staff, both the reception and the technical, were very professional and helpful. I am very happy for Lexington Eye Associates as a practice and have recommended them to friends and colleagues. My wife feels the same. Keep up the good work.
I got a friendly welcome at the check-in desk, followed by a short wait for another friendly, helpful associate who did the pretesting. After another short wait Dr. Umlas examined my eyes, explained the conditions I am dealing with, gave me some sample eye drops to try, and dismissed me for another year. I made my next appointment with the help of yet another friendly woman at the checkout desk. The appointment was on-time and I met with nothing but kindness and care from everyone.
Excellent doctor and kind person. Efficient, but spends all the time needed. Worth the travel, worth the wait.
