**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** This was the first visit for both myself and my 7-year-old, and we had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately helped ease my daughter’s nerves and made her feel comfortable. When we met the doctor, he was equally friendly, informative, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything and made the visit feel relaxed and unrushed. The frame selection in the office is somewhat limited, but the options available are practical, easy to browse, and had enough variety to choose from. Overall, this is a great practice, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great service! Father and son run business. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Allen answered all my questions and offered professional opinions. The young lady helping select glasses went above and beyond with a great attitude. I received the same great service when I picked up my glasses.

Great doctor, but very snippy staff. One more than one occasion they have been super aggressive on the phone with me. I’ve also had a couple occasions over the past year where I left voicemails over the span of a couple days with no return callback. I have had very few negative interactions in my life, especially on perfectly routine phone calls, so I know this isn’t a “me” problem. It’s very much a “them” problem. I think they have a lot of young and immature individuals on staff who don’t know how to be civil in ordinary phone interactions.
