Dr. Gore and her staff are so nice and friendly. They recognize you when you come to the desk, and are also very helpful with any questions you might have. I highly recommend them.

I had the opportunity to see their customer service at it's WORST. A lady was a few minutes late for her daughters 2:00 appointment and they turned her away. WTH? SO, my mothers appointment was at 2:15.. and they were late getting her to see the doctor. Riddle me why?

Called to setup an appointment, got a reply they dont accept new patients. Sure do miss Dr. Simmons when he had his clinic at Walmart.

I went there and they tried to CO pay me for glasses. The billing department was a smart mouthed hollering lady who wouldn't call providers service. All over some contacts.

Horrible service from the office staff. Pulled my record and within hour I was seen with my insurance and treated by a New doctor.
