I went here because of the huge selection of glasses frames and I’m so glad I did. They let me bring my prescription from another eye doctor and they helped me choose frames that would suit me. I ended up being helped by a woman named Jennifer who was exceedingly friendly, fun to talk to, and helped me be confident in the frames I chose. I felt the price was reasonable and Jennifer explained all my options thoroughly. I can’t wait to pick up my new frames!!

Linden Optometry was a great Experience. I want to compliment Jennifer for an amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable on how the cosmetic, on my Prescription Sunglasses work. Example, anti-glare vs uv protection. They have a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses. If you don't see a pair that you're currently looking for, they will take a look at there inventory. Been going to Linden for more than 30 years. The doctors and support staff are friendly and always helpful. The variety of frames is amazing and includes designers and generic. There has to be at least a couple thousand frames to choose from. There’s great support as well should you need repairs or an adjustment.

My experience was great until payment. I have been a loyal Linden customer for over 30 years. Every year you give me my prescription and a $10 coupon for the next year. I never have the coupon on me when I come, but each year I have been granted that $10 as I am spending a lot of money and I am a loyal customer. This year it was an issue and I was told as I was purchasing two pairs of glasses and spending over $1100 of my personal money that I need to have the coupon on me in the future. I was insulted. You know you gave me this coupon, I shouldn’t be expected to carry it around. This is rough on your staff and your customers. Instead, a $10 loyalty credit should be offered to your returning customers automatically. This would be a beautiful way to close out a successful visit to your office.

The visit was good. I was quickly called to the waiting room. But there was a bit of a wait to recieve service for the pre- exam. I promptly saw the doctor afterwards. The office staff was wonderful in assisting me with purchasing glasses and lens..
