The check-in process was nice and easy. I liked that there was an appointment reminder, confirmation and in the check in process they informed me of fees etc. The front staff was pleasant and accommodating with me having a child which I appreciated. Doctor Nudelman is great with my 10 month old. Made jokes and made a process I thought would be painful and hard, quick and easy on my little one. He answered all my questions, and as an inquisitive mom he didn’t make me feel like there were too many questions.

The wait time is a while, but it’s understandable & worth it, because when you’re seen you are not rushed. So I don’t mind the wait. Dr Lamonica is amazing! Very smart & great bedside manner. All the staff is very friendly. I’d recommend them to family & friends. Just expect the wait.
Doctors and all other assistants are great . I do have one small suggestion,. On my previous appointment , I was there I was a little late. The girl at the desk was rather annoyed. And and she told me so. But what I didn't understand was why did I then have to wait an hour? If you're being chastised for being late wouldn't that mean they're waiting for you? Today's appointment I was right on time and yet had to wait approximately a half hour. I would have liked a later appointment so that I wouldn't have to leave work early. Why have me there early when I still must wait?
The doctor was very, very nice. The nurses there are very nice. The only thing was the time it was took a little longer than I thought, but otherwise the office was great.
I am so grateful for the care and concern of your office and of course so grateful for the dedication, professionalism and skill of Dr Rosenberg and his staff. I was not the least bit nervous about you sticking needles in my eyes!!!! Thanks Linda Damico
