Amazing service! Very friendly staff and Corey is very thorough when having done my exams. I had better service here then in Wahpeton, where I was told I had a stigmatisim, a few months later they told me it went away after having spent $295 on glasses and extra for the two visits there. Corey reassured me that I didn't have one and even if I did they don't just disappear. Its a drive for us but we'll worth it for the care and compassion shown by Corey and his staff! :)

I wanted to like a local business, but after three exams, and still blurry glasses, I'm done going here. When I was young, a new set of glasses meant a clearer view of the world. Nope, every time I have struggled to see things at a distance since Corey has examined my eyes. It was annoying having to go through a lot of lens comparisons when I was young, but it was a lot better than paying to get absolutely no improvement every time since he has taken over. That's probably how he can afford to only be open 4 days a week with limited hours, too.
From out of town and had an issue with my glasses. From the time I walked in until they were fixed - 5 minutes at the most. Friendly. Best. Service. Ever.
I was told today by reception, that I have to pay out of pocket if I want to use my insurance to order prescription glasses! My insurance does NOT require me to ship prescription glasses to my employer! I can most defiantly come in and choose something in or out of stock and have it shipped to my home or directly to the store and have it covered by my insurance! Very unprofessional to say the least!
