Had an appointment with Dr Pouly. I was greeted at the sign in desk be professionally. I was directed to three waiting area for Dr. Pouly. Staff in that area were very friendly as well as professional. My triage assistant (Kee) was very polite and professional and knew what she was doing. Shortly after she left the exam room, Dr.Pouly entered the room and very upbeat and attentive to my need. He asked great questions and gave me his recommendations. Check was also professional with a friendly young lady as well. The overall visit was very good from start to finish.

I recently had PRK surgery performed by Dr. Pouly, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Dr. Pouly was extremely professional, honest, and thorough throughout the entire process, and the supporting staff was absolutely amazing. I originally visited Dr. Pouly for a second opinion regarding LASIK surgery that I had already scheduled elsewhere. After the detailed testing and evaluation he performed, I decided to move forward with him instead. I truly appreciated that he was not “surgery happy” and took the time to carefully monitor my eyes for over a year. This allowed my eyes to recover from years of contact lens use, since I was not a LASIK candidate. After surgery, the staff continued to be outstanding in answering questions, addressing concerns, and clearly communicating what to expect during recovery. I will say that the first TWO weeks of PRK recovery is very difficult, but the clinic prepared me well for the process. For anyone considering PRK: be prepared to fully commit to the 3-month eye care plan. Stay on top of your medications, plan to rest as much as possible, and sleep on your back during recovery. The healing process can be intense, but the care and support from Dr. Pouly and his team made a huge difference.
I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Christian Hester. I was somewhat apprehensive about someone operating on my eyes. He made me feel at ease. His demeanor is perfect for his position. The staff I dealt with left a very good impression with my wife and me. One thing I really appreciated, my appointments were on time and a couple of times a little early. I am happy to report, both of my surgeries were a success.
Little Rock eye clinic is a great clinic ! The office is clean and the staff is efficient and patient oriented. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to see the doctor. Dr Hall is simply the best! She is very attentive and professional! She always takes time to answer all of my questions and explains in detail examination results and any necessary action steps. I have no reservations in recommending Little Rick Eye clinic to anyone for their eye care.
Actually the clinic and the staff seems great. I have only been seen there twice and I don't like putting to high of a crown on things until I have gone there several times. But the staff were great, their glasses department is another story, it's to high for me even with my insurance, that's my take on it. I left out of there paying $400.00 for glasses out of pocket. With that said, no offense, but I should have went to Walmart to pick out my glasses and that's my fault next time I will do just that.
