The BEST eye doctor. Dr. Sheere is amazing. Her eye examines are so thorough. She has helped my son so much. If you have a young athlete or are an athlete, I highly recommend Livingston Eye Care.
They always take very good care of your eyesight. When they see something unusual, they go that extra mile to get a good picture of it. So they can watch the changes if need be. All the people are very professional.
First they said they'd email our prescriptions......had to call a week later and ask. Quoted 2 weeks for glasses......had to call about 3 weeks later and ask. Reason given was "oh, I texted the wrong person" Now we are currently waiting two weeks past when my husband picked up his safety glasses for the fins that attach to the sides. You'd think to order those with the safety glasses, kind of imperative to the safety aspect. We just called for an update on the fins and were told that the person who ordered them will be there Thursday (it is Tuesday) and they will have an answer as to when they will be in. My guess is someone forgot to order. Multiple times. 🤷🏼♀️
Highly recommend Dr. Sheere and staff. I am always treated with kindness and expert care. I trust Dr.Sheere with all my eye care needs. Hands down the best customer care experience!
Everyone was so kind, responsive and thorough- from the initial screening/testing, to the physicians, to the checkout and glasses fitting. Highly recommend!
