Dr. Vu is qualified in many area and has opened my tear ducks so my eyes are not so dry. She is well versed and good bedside manner in explaining treatments. The staff are very helpful and patient with me.

Had a fantastic experience with the staff and eye doctor. Dr. Jenny Nguyen was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and explained every part of the eye exam. The optical staff was incredible helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Even after relocating out of state, I make it a priority to return to Houston for my eye exams and new glasses. Their kindness, compassion, and comprehensive care make it a truly five-star experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Look Eye Care and strongly advise others to be cautious. After purchasing lens, I did some further research and quickly realized that their lens are severely overpriced. Because of this, I decided to reach out and request a refund. This is when I was suddenly hit with a 30% restocking fee. This policy was essentially kept a secret from me—it was never verbally communicated by the staff, and because I was never given a receipt at the time of purchase, I had absolutely no way of knowing about this hidden fee until they refused a full refund. Losing a significant chunk of my money to a hidden policy is incredibly frustrating. The complete lack of transparency and deceptive business practices are entirely unacceptable. I will never patronize this business again.
