Once again, I had a very pleasant visit. Everyone plays their part too. From the the time I arrived I was cheerfully greeted by the young lady at the optical desk. The young lady at the reception desk not only remembered me, but was extra pleasant and helpful today. And Fallon, seemlessly assisted me and another patient at the same time. The office manager handled my future visits and made sure my next appoinements fit my schedule perfectly. I feel at home here and love the experience.

Ms Jasmine Shields has been awesome every time I’ve came in and always gave me great customer service. From the time she started she came to this job after a lady quit and my glasses was lost in limbo and she did everything in her power to hurry and get my glasses back to me quickly and offered so much other things just to show that the department apologize. I’ve been here at least 10 different times and she’s been great with help me.

I loved Ms. Vallen I hope I’m spelling her name correctly.. Her help with me was very lovely and confronting! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely always come back to them and strongly recommend. Everyone here is so sweet and nice😊 they also give you your glasses the same day. I also love Jasmine that’s at the front desk everyone is so sweet and nice!
