No complaints on staff they’re nice just prepare yourself to be there for hours . Glasses selection has improved . I paid for my trail contact lens going on two months now and have yet to receive them really frustrated to wait that long . Don’t bother calling to speak with the lady that sits at the desk where u pick out your frames because NEVER picks up when they transfer call to her so I drive there for updates and just waiting to be called to that area takes forever I hate feeling like a pest for something I paid out of pocket for .. Honestly plan to go else where after this due to taking hours every time and having to wait a ridiculously long time for contacts the cherry on top of it all is not picking up the phone and having to drive there to get a simple question answered which is wanting an update on status of my order . Two months now and told the same thing I placed the order .

It’s been 5 weeks since my trial pair of contacts has been ordered. I received my glasses quickly but could not see properly with them so we ordered another pair of lenses with an updated prescription. It’s now been 3 weeks and they are still not in. I just went to the office and the lady was nice but apparently no one knows where my items are. I’m wearing old contacts because I was on my last pair and should have new ones by now. I spent a thousand dollars out of pocket and want my items!! This isn’t a shirt or shoes, my vision is very bad and I can’t function without my corrective lenses. I’m 36 and have been wearing glasses since I was 10. I’ve NEVER dealt with issues like this before (this is a new place for me due to my old doctor moving).

Doc and staff are nice but the wait time is absolutely awful. I had to come in simply to get another pair of contacts to try and I was there for nearly two hours just for them to sit me in another waiting room, then finally hand me two boxes to try. And one of the techs also numbed my eyes and turns out she didn't even need to, I'm guessing it isn't harmful but it's inconvenient and just uncomfortable. Doctor definitely listens to all questions and thoroughly answers so that is very nice. But the wait time makes me not want to ever go back.

Everything went great everyone there was very professional and the wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be, because when it was appointment time I waited for about 10 minutes, but you Will not be seen until your appointment time

First off they took forever to see us. Then they did a test that was not covered by Medicaid with telling me or asking if I wanted it done but made sure to tell me I owed them $50! Last straw for me was when they sent me a text to come get my child glasses that also said they was there till 5pm. But when I got there the lady left for the day and there was no one allowed to give me my child’s glasses! 😡 this was a waist of my time and gas.
