The doctor here, Dr Millwood, is incredibly arrogant conceited and stuck up. She acts like she is better than everyone and talks down to people like they are just completely stupid. I definitely will not be going here ever again and I don't recommend anyone else ever does either. Not only would you have to deal with that but also you would have to deal with the girl that works as the receptionist and she clearly doesn't know what she's doing and I'm pretty sure she's the doctor's daughter so pure nepotism going on right there... Everything about this place is just a NO.

I really do like the optometrist here however the office staff is lacking. The lady at the front desk doesn't seem to know what is going on half of the time. On our first visit our insurance wasn't put in correctly but that was fixed, however they ordered another patient a box of contacts and sent them to our house. We thought they were my sons and opened them only to figure out it wasn't his prescription. She also said she emailed both myself and my ex husband but neither of us got ever got the email. Other than the lady at the front desk there are several teenage (maybe early 20s) girls who huddle in the back and will help, but treat the job like a pow wow instead of a professional business. If you call and try to leave information the girls rush the call before getting all the pertinent info. You literally have to stop them from ending the call to ask if they need XY and Z, to which they reply with "oh yeah, I can take that" as if there was another way to get the insurance information without the insured parties name and policy number. If you call it goes to voicemail half the time, and if you leave messages you will probably not get a call back, or at least I haven't yet.

This is most unprofessional, unorganized office I have ever been in. I have been use optometrist for 40 years. My daughyers prescription was not called in to the pharmacy then to be given the run around and told I had to wait from Tuesday to Friday to get the prescription. Eye sight is pretty important. Then, my youngest daughter ordered black frames only to receive purple frames. We were told "oh that was her second choice" no this wa not her second choice! I do not recommend and I will not be taking my family back!!

So my insurance changed again and I just so happened to come across this place. The eye doctor was super super pleasant. And the customer service is and was absolutely wonderful. I'm glad I just randomly came in. Fully recommended coming here

We asked if they had the equipment for people who has diabetes so they could check his eyes. They said yes but they didn't check his eyes right. The glasses they ordered was wrong. They kept saying he needed to keep wearing them and get his eyes used to them.
