Everyone at Lumen Optometric has been such an absolute pleasure to work with. After taking my eldest daughter there and seeing how much her Ortho-K treatment improved her vision, I knew right away I had to bring my other two boys as well. The results have truly been life changing for our family. Dr. To is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answers all of our questions without rushing, and makes sure both I and my kids feel completely comfortable and confident in their care. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. The office itself is always spotless, organized, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the team greets you with warm smiles and kindness that instantly puts you at ease. The staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling and follow ups. They are wonderful with children calm and encouraging which makes every visit a positive experience.

I just became a very happy patient with Lumen Optometric for Scleral lens. I have suffered serve dry eye and I do really hope more or less this kind of lens would help me. I have been getting pricing and talking to different Optometry places and none can beat the service and pricing this place provides. They charge less than $100 for professional consultation and fitting. And if the patient ended up buying the lens, this would be credited toward the final payment as well. The lens pricing is very reasonable to compare to others. They also uses reputable brand. They uses professional eye mapping instruments to ensure their patient has the best vision with the best customized lens. The doctor spend a lot of time ensuring the lens fits well and adjust accordingly. The trainer is very patient in training me how to insert, remove, and take care of the lens. Doctor is very friendly, experienced, and answer all questions. This is the reason why they are one of the best in socal and I am so happy Google AI recommended them to me.

Dr. To was fantastic—he was a great listener, very kind, and took the time to provide thoughtful feedback. I felt confident in his care and really appreciated how attentive and thorough he was. I also want to thank Rose for doing such a fabulous job helping me pick out my glasses. She was very detailed when it came to pricing and options, and she made the whole process enjoyable with her pleasant attitude. Dr. To is awesome- super thorough, answers any questions you might have, and overall very professional. His staff is also very friendly and super knowledgeable. My daughter is also being treated for Myopia by Dr. To, and under his care, we have seen improvements in her eyesight.
