Excellent doctor and staff. They’re always friendly, prompt, professional and Marianna was super helpful (and patient!) in finding me just the right glasses. So happy with the extensive selection of eyewear they carry and Dr Salman is the BEST!! It’s truly worth the 40 min drive for me to go here.

My wife and I needed new prescription glasses and contacts. After years of no insurance, followed by a complete yo-yo circus of insurance juggling, we finally landed on a VSP plan. I went on the VSP site, made a list of every nearby location, and figured we’d spend the next few days visiting them one by one to see which place was best. We started with Lumina Optometry. It was late in the day when we walked in, and right away the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They took care of us immediately, helped us try out glasses, scheduled appointments, and never once made us feel rushed. In fact, I only realized they were technically closed when I asked what time they shut down. Their response was basically: “You walked in, the door wasn’t locked, so of course we helped you.” Everyone there was genuinely great. Dr. Salman was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with, just like the rest of the staff. Long story short: we found a new eye doctor, got new glasses and contacts, and never bothered visiting any of the other places on my list. Want my advice? Save yourself the time and sanity. Skip the doctor scavenger hunt and just go straight to Lumina.

Dr. Salman and his staff are awesome. Dr. Salman expertly prescribed lens specifications for my computer and reading needs. Then his optician Mariana helped me find a perfect frame for my small face and carefully adjusted them for my best fitting pair of glasses to date. I had the pleasure of visiting Lumina Optometry to get new progressive lenses. As many know, progressive lenses can be challenging to adjust to, and they require precise fitting to ensure maximum comfort. This completely depends on the skill and service of an optometrist and optician. Having worn glasses my entire life, I can confidently say that Lumina Optometry offers the best optometrist and optician I’ve ever encountered. I’m a very vocal and picky person when it comes to my vision wear, and my experience at Lumina Optometry was truly gratifying. I was just driving by and feel fortunate that I decided to stop in and visit them. If you need an eye exam or simply the best pair of eyeglass lenses, you can find them here, waste no time, and go see optometrist Dr. Salman and optician Mariana. I asked so many questions, and they took so much time with me answering all of them. It’s easy to tell that this isn’t just their careers but also something they love to do. My only disappointment is not being able to leave a 6 star review!

I saw Dr Salman twice because of a stye I had in my upper eyelid. He was very helpful in diagnosing it and giving advice on what to do. He was clear and professional. I’ll go back there again soon for an eye test and exam!
