I am beyond ecstatic that I found this optical. I have been searching for Doctor Natalie for a while now since seeing her previously at Wear Eyewear in downtown Chicago. I was impressed with the equipment, the frame lines, knowledgeable staff, spa-like atmosphere and everything as a whole. I tried on Celine, Tom Ford, Barton Perreira and Chanel frames. I have finally found the sunglasses I have been looking for. I decided to treat myself to a pair of Chanel sunglasses and could not be happier. Thank you for the warm welcome, knowledgeable eye exam and friendly service. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!! A+++++

If you’re looking for a new eye doc, go here. Pleasant and informative eye exam. The atmosphere is totally spa-like and immediately puts you at ease. I had a great experience with the optometrist, clearly very experienced and answered all my nerdy questions about lens tech. After the exam, the staff helped me find some classic Tom Ford sunnies. The whole process was seamless. Plus, you can't beat being right across from Whole Foods. I just parked once, got my eyes checked, and did my grocery shopping right after. 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience! The doctor was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and was incredibly helpful. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. I’d also like to mention that the clinic has a beautiful, modern interior. I highly recommend this clinic — 10/10!

We came for a kindergarten eye exam and Dr. Natalie was absolutely fantastic making my son’s first eye exam a great experience. Her bedside manner is so calm and age appropriate my son didn’t even realize she was doing an exam! After we left my son asked how soon until he gets to go back again! That says it all! I will be switching to book my own eye exam with her too now.
