The eye exam was very thorough. For a low cost clinic, they don't seem to cut corners and take good care of you.

I'm from New York and have very little patience because I value my time as with most native New Yorkers. Therefore, on a scale of 1 to 10, LSS Health Center located at 245 North Grant Avenue is a perfect 11 and get all five stars (should probably get TEN STARS). I would recommend LSS to anyone and everyone, as I have done in the past. The LSS Health Center staff is professional, kind, understanding, and go far and beyond to help you. I've been gone for over a year, back to New York for training, and after returning to LSS Health Center . . . . the treatment outstanding and made me feel as though I never left. I could not believe the high level of professionalism and respect provided by LSS staff. I've tried attitude, loudness, and even attempted to play confused and the staff maintained their professionalism. in my opinion, if anyone have a complaint about LSS Health Center . . . maybe they should try Going to ANY OF THE NEW YORK STATE MEDICAL PROVIDERS. In fact, try getting equal treatment at many of Ohio Urgent care facilities and you will be greatly disappointed. In fact, you may very well be escorted out and get arrested only to deal with your medical condition from county lockup or handcuffed. In conclusion, LSS Health Center gets a perfect FIVE STARS. The only thing missing since my prior visit was the television in waiting area, but we all have cellular phones to occupy ourselves while waiting. However, you would not have time for a television because they will likely call you to render their services before any reasonable series of commercials.
All the crew were very good, especially the receptionist, named Tashen, she was very good with me as she gave me papers and helped me fill them and gave me an appointment quickly.
The people the staff at LS is actually great, but don't order glasses from there. Cause you'll never get them. I have been waiting for over 2 months and they still haven't came in yet. You would think that they would use a different company.
I had a great experience at LSS! The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My nurse practitioner Constance is excellent—very thorough and informative. Meechie, the social worker who met with me was also fantastic, providing great support and guidance. My nurse, who drew my blood, did an amazing job—it was quick and painless! I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here. I highly recommend LSS to anyone looking for a compassionate and high-quality healthcare experience.
