This has become my go-to glasses destination! Like many other reviews have said, Arman is INCREDIBLE! He has a fashion background and gives fabulous feedback on what options look best on you. I've really come to trust his judgement when he tells me something is/isn't the right size for my face shape. I struggle with overanalyzing my decisions sometimes...and I first came to Luxe because I read online that Arman is amazing at helping his customers select glasses when they aren't sure what to pick. Boy is that true!!! I first visited in 2021 and have been back many times since. :) Arman has a gift for helping people sort through a bunch of options and narrow down their selection efficiently and with confidence in their choice. He never pressures you, and is willing to negotiate and help make things affordable and convenient. Another thing I personally love about Arman is that he also helps me identify new styles that could work for me that I never would've considered (while also being honest when something doesn't work, haha). When I give him permission to push me outside my comfort zone, he has found some really cool new styles for me over the years (that get me lots of compliments)! He sells a wide variety of styles much broader than your average glasses shop or eye doctor. I am SO grateful for the expertise that Luxe Eyewear provides! And high HIGHLY recommend!

This is the only place where I get my eyeglasses made. I have very severe astigmatism, and most optical shops simply cannot make lenses that work well for me. In the past, other stores made lenses that didn’t focus properly and were extremely thick and uncomfortable. This shop carries Zeiss lenses, and I use the 1.74 high-index lenses, which make a huge difference. My vision is incredibly clear, and the lenses are much thinner and more comfortable. They also carry Silhouette frames, which are perfect for me. I actually live in Dallas, but I drive over an hour to the Frisco location because I haven’t found any other optical shop that can make my glasses this well. The quality, precision, and service here are outstanding. The owner is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. After trying many places, I can honestly say this is the best optical shop I’ve found. I’ve been coming here for three years and highly recommend it to anyone who needs high-quality lenses or has complicated prescriptions like mine.

I came in looking for a very specific style, and he was able to provide a multitude of choices that fit my vision. Ultimately, he guided me toward a pair I liked even more than my original idea—and at a more affordable price! Beyond the amazing service, I was blown away by the speed. I chose a rimless style and expected to wait several days for them to be ready. However, the team had them finished within a single day. While I know I got a bit lucky with the lenses arriving early, the team worked on them the moment they arrived to get them to me as fast as possible. The difference in my vision with my new glasses is incredible—I can honestly say I see noticeably better than I ever have before. Arman was super. He helped me so quick I was in and out of the shop in less than 5 minutes. I went to a couples shops before I came here and none of them were able to help. Glad I was able to find Luxe I’ll be coming here for all my glasses needs!
