Dr Traci Paul was amazing. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions as well as anticipated questions I might have had. I don’t feel rushed at all. Stephen at the front desk was so nice and very friendly and helped me greatly with my decisions on frames and extras. I will definitely be returning. Thank you LVC! Great service!
I had such a great experience here. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me… he was funny, cordial, and really went above and beyond. You can tell they care and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend supporting this business. You’ll be in great hands here :)
I've been going to LVC for about 5 years. Generally speaking, it's been fine. I get a yearly exam, and usually update my lenses every year and frames every other year. This year I made my appointment like usual. This time though, they left me sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes. This happened last time also, so it's not a one-off. I had an appointment for 3pm, I arrived 5 min early and spoke with the doctor as she was the only person there. After waiting about 5 minutes, a man showed up at the front desk and spent the next 20 minutes grunting and burping while complaining about his gas from behind the desk. Another worker showed up but just ignored me as she walked in. No one asked if I want to try on glasses or wanted water, etc. So, after waiting 30 min I walked out I won't be back.
Waited a little long before my appt. The person who did my preliminary stuff is very friendly, professional and explains it well. Dr is very thorough as well.
Welcoming staff, clean environment, and conforming atmosphere. 10/10 to Dr. Quyen N. La for her patience in explaining what my eye conditions were and what would and would not work in my occasion.
