Today I went because my daughter's lens frame broke. For the urgency, we glued it with glue, but I didn't have any problems until today when I went to its center and changed the frame for an equal one. My left lens was returned with several stripes. I was careful to hand over the glasses and I'm sure they didn't have any stripes. The person who attends, in an annoying tone, explains to me that he only changed the frame, but obviously it is very scratched and affects my daughter's vision. If we had kept the mount broken and fixed, we would be better off than going to its center. I left with glasses that affect my daughter and less money than when I arrived.

They literally scammed me out of my money. I paid for 9 months worth of contacts and this is what they gave me. Not even 6 months worth of contacts. The people working there will sweet talk you into thinking you’re getting a good price to give you this. They literally gave me the contacts JUST LIKE THIS. Save your money & spend it somewhere PROFESSIONAL worth spending. The funny thing is that I addressed this more than TWICE- went back and they literally made me waste my time going there for nothing to even change, they didn’t even give me the 3 months worth of contacts that we initially talked about & that was missing. shame on you guys, this is a necessity it’s not okay to trick people.

The doctor works only Tuesday or Friday after 2:30pm. I can’t fix my schedule with them, I’ve call many times to reschedule because my son is running out of contacts, but they said he needs to see the doctor. I’ve explained many times I can’t fix my schedule according to the doctor’s. I don’t recommend this place.

I had such a pleasant and easy experience with the team today. The doctor was so personable and friendly. Did not feel rushed at all. Everyone was very nice and I felt at ease. Will plan to use this place moving forward. Thank you
