Dr. Zelaya is great! She takes her time to go over the details and to get the correct prescription. She is very patient and answers all of your questions. I highly recommend her and her team as well. I have been seeing her for the past 3 years.

Do not recommend unless you are very familiar with billing codes and vision insurance. I was charged for a service I did not intend to receive and was given no opportunity to decline it. Be careful. I had been a glasses customer for several years and got contacts here for the first time last year. This year, I was repeatedly asked to bring both my glasses and contacts. At my visit, I told the doctor and assisting staff that I had brought my contacts but do not wear them and do not intend to. Despite this, they performed an updated contact lens prescription exam without sharing this was a separate service costing 6x my glasses copay. At the end of the prescription update for my glasses, the doctor handed me contact lens samples. I told her again that I do not wear contacts and would not even be able to put them in my eyes. I shared I still had the box from last year untouched. She then offered put them in my eyes for me (I thought she was just being nice) - still without ever informing me this was a separate service and charge of $60! When I requested a courtesy refund because I had been clear about not needing this service, they refused because it had already been completed. Their justification was that the doctor had asked, “Do you want your prescription updated?” at the very beginning of the appointment (never specifying contacts or glasses) when I handed over my glasses and I said yes. I answered referring to my glasses (the reason for my visit) not an additional contact lens service I had repeatedly said I did not use.
Amazing staff! Both optometrists are so informed and knowledgeable in their field. Atticus is a friendly and professional staff member who made me feel welcomed. Karen also helped with an accounting issue. I highly recommend!!!
Great selection of stylish but affordable frames. Dr. Zelaya and staff are very friendly and helpful. Eye exam was very thorough but quick. Ample public parking nearby.
The office staff was very friendly. Dr Fahringer was very thorough and has such a nice demeanor. I’m going back to their office next week to purchase some frames and they had a great selection.
