The team at Malbar Vision on Cass Street provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in Omaha! After a frustrating experience at another optical office, they completely turned my day around. From the receptionist and technician, and especially to the gentleman who helped fit my glasses and got me on my way and took his time breaking everything down and to Dr. Cameron, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely cared for. A special thank you to District/Regional Manager Angie for making sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. This team deserves to be recognized for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

Has a made up confirmation policy that they never informed me of! I ordered a Lyft to come to my appointment and they double booked and told me they couldn’t see me. I never got any of their correspondence and then was not being reasonable at all knowing I spent $25 on an uber to get there! I will never go back. Also btw I have never missed or been late to any of my appointments over the last few years I been going there

Failed to submit my already expedited order for new glasses. I called constantly for updates and was told multiple times that I would get a call back, but never once received one. I had to keep calling myself just to get answers. After all that, I was finally told my order had never even been placed, meaning I now have to wait even longer for my glasses. Extremely frustrating experience. 0/10 would not recommend.

I saw Dr. Bargell, who was super personable and clearly good at what he does. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the optician, Colby, was very friendly. Great experience overall!
