Mallinger Family Eye Care

I value my eyes and the gift of vision. So it is very VERY important for me to work with a trusted and knowledgeable MD like Dr. Mallinger. From the moment I walk through the front door to the moment I leave, I am greeted with warmth and a smile. I am cared for like a VIP and most of all, they take the time to answer my questions and keep me informed of the condition of my eyes. I never feel rushed and they have the best selection of eyewear in Southern Nevada! I recommend this office to ALL my own friends and clients, and I will continue to do so

I tried, and did not succeed. Scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out only to cancel on me the Friday prior saying "Dr. is not accepting new patients" after I'd confirmed the appointment via text and phone. I also found the patient onboarding a bit terse, they want you to print and fill out forms listed under "digital forms" or come in early to do so. A digital forms is one you can fill out securely online, not one you print at home. This is far too much effort for scheduling and rescheduling and being told to spend an extra 15mins to come early because the process is not available digitally. This is not a fit for someone interested in an easy scheduling process or flexibility to schedule online. Looks like I'll try another provider since this has been a complete waste of time.

This facility is INCREDIBLE! From the moment I stepped in to this facility, everyone had a warm and welcoming attitude, along with genuine opinion, and great information about everything that I needed. Dr. Mallinger was friendly, informative, and kind, and got me exactly what I needed. Ryan was beyond helpful as I know about zero when it comes to glasses in general, let alone how they look on my face. He was honest, genuine, and a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad that I found this place, and will refer it to anyone that asks, and most that don’t.

The front end staff is amazing. Super nice, helpful and cool. It was a warm welcoming greeting. Dr Jennifer Mallinger is the best. She's very sweet, caring and fun. She makes you feel comfortable. Best eye doctor I've ever seen.
