From the minute I approached the desk to my departure I felt that my well being was important to everyone. The team is friendly. They clearly work well together and communicate all the details. I have been coming to the Mann Eye Institute for years. The service is exceptional from the front office staff to the physicians! I recently had an appointment with Dr. Phillip Brunson & I can’t recommend him enough. I believe he is my favorite of all the physicians there and they have all been amazing! If you are in need of a new physician, run don’t walk to make an appointment @ Mann Eye Institute! The Beat of The Best in my opinion!!!

I debated what to do for this review. I had lens replacement surgery done here. The surgery went well but there were 3 appointments prior to the surgery that were required (a fee for each). I was told I would have "perfect vision for life" and that if I needed any followup (e.g. it is almost certain to get scar tissue that has to be cleaned up) that it was all included in the surgery cost which was more than 11k for both eyes. Three months after the surgery I did need some cleanup in my right eye however the billing department kept calling prior to appointment and asking for money. I explained repeatedly that it is all included and to check with the doctor. They finally called the afternoon before the followup and confirmed that there was no charge. I had the follow up done and they are now calling me again asking for money. So I like the exam part of the clinic but the connection between admin and clinical is very poor. And basically they are indirectly telling me that I paid 11k for worse vision than I had before the surgery unless I want to continue to shell out money.

Over 10 yrs ago, I had the best lasik experience ever. And now we are back for my mother cataract surgery. Dr. Mann, prayed before her procedure, which relaxed her greatly. He is very professional still after all these years. I tell everyone about this institute. Make ur appt and he will explain everything. Awesome
