My husband has used Mann eye clinic in livingston for many years. He has always gotten excellent service. He has had cataract surgery on both eyes. SO, I decided to go, my appointment was wonderful . Everyone was very nice and I got excellent care. Discovered i have cataracts. I am going to Humble on Tuesday to start the process. Yes it is an hour and a half away from my home but it will be worth it.
I love this place! I had an issue with one of my lenses not being correct. They worked with me on the appointment times, they were professional and courteous. They fixed the issue and I am very happy with my new glasses! Dr. Matthew and Sarah did great! Both ensured I was taken care of in a timely way and without issue.
I set my appointment for the same day for 2:30. Within minutes I was contacted by them suggesting I could come in as soon as I wanted. From the moment I stepped in the front door until I left, the service was beyond expectations. Every step of the process was mentioned, explained, and gave me the chance to ask questions. Top notch service from a team who truly cares.
Very thorough eye exam, I’ve been to several other places and nothing compares to the service I was given. The girls in the office were so helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sarah and Dr. Mathew for making it so comfortable.
Good comprehensive exam. Very professional and pleasant. I feel like dr. Mathew did all she could do with coming up with possible solutions to get my vision to see the best possible.
