I paid $4,645 for LASIK on both eyes. My surgery was performed by Dr. Mann on March 27. Immediately after the procedure, I knew something wasn’t right with my left eye. My vision was very blurry at both near and far distances, with little improvement at far distances compared to before surgery. Over the next two months, I had approximately six follow-up appointments. At each visit, the only guidance I received was to continue waiting to see if my vision improved. During that entire period, I was never provided with a temporary corrective lens or contact to help compensate for my poor vision, making everyday activities difficult and disorienting. On May 22, they performed another procedure on my left eye, again with Dr. Mann. While there was some improvement afterward, my left eye was still nowhere near as clear as my right. I then had two additional follow-up appointments where I was repeatedly reassured that everything looked good and that my vision would continue improving over time, being scheduled to return in three months. Now, approximately 2.5 months after the enhancement, my left eye is still only about 60% as clear as my right. Living with one eye that is noticeably worse than the other has been frustrating and disruptive enough that I’m considering wearing a corrective lens for my left eye despite having LASIK. Everyone at the facility was friendly and professional, but I never felt like anyone could explain what went wrong or provide a meaningful solution beyond waiting. If it came down to it, I would no longer feel comfortable trusting them to operate on my eye a third time given my experience. As things stand today, this appears to be my new normal. I’m out $4,645, may still need corrective lenses after paying for LASIK, and have spent countless hours attending follow-up appointments without a resolution. I truly regret undergoing the procedure and, knowing what I know now, I would not choose to have LASIK here again.

This appointment was my first visit to the doctor and offices. I’m impressed with the congenial front desk staff, their kindness and efficiency. They even asked if finding the office was difficult. I’m grateful for the time with Dr Ashley Brundrett and her staff, they listened and answered my questions. I’m reassured my eyes are healthy. It was all good.

Excellent care during my mom's cataract consultation/examination. Warm friendly staff who were very patient with my senior mom. Dr. Nguyen was thorough and has a very pleasant demeanor. We will be scheduling her cataract surgery soon and comforted knowing she will be in excellent hands. Highly recommend.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable to the doctors are really easy to talk to. They'll make the overall experience really good, easy to understand and they're always there to answer your questions. They really care about your eyesight, as well as you feeling comfortable and understanding what's going on.
