I was really impressed with the staff, technicians, assistants and Dr. Stampone. Everyone was very courteous and professional. There was no wait. I had been told in the past by another provider that my eye pressure was high, but Dr. Stampone did a more reliable test and assured me that it was normal. He also explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice.
What a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Today I truly had one of, if not the best, doctor’s appointments I have ever experienced. No one loves going to the doctor, but Maple Eyecare is exceptional. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and they took the time and energy to explain everything to me in great detail as we went through various tests and they revealed results. I would gladly recommend Maple to anyone who asked me.
I requested a phone call to my land line home phone when glasses were ready, they texted me instead and couldn't get through but never called me. After a month. I called them. They were sitting on my glasses waiting for me to call. Then I find out my computer/reading glasses are distance/reading glasses I am still waiting for the glasses to be corrected. Needless to say. incompetent.
Abbie was incredibly patient teaching me how to use contacts. She couldn’t have been kinder in dealing with my frustrations and gave me so many options on the best way to make it easier and never gave up on me. Thanks so much I really appreciated it.
Was able to make a same day appt for my 13 year old son. All of my questions were answered and I wasn’t rushed. Highly recommend Dr. Zoll!
