The doctor and staff were very receptive and welcoming. The doctor did a very thorough job of my son's eye exam with care and attention, and she answered my questions patiently. One thing that could be improved to increase the value of services to patients is to try reducing the wait time before seen by the doctor; however, since this was my first visit I am not sure of the instances/likelihood of the wait time at this time and going into the future. But, I look forward to coming back to this provider. Great job!

As the business goes, good or bad, I am sure the consumer would have been contacted but still no reply whatsoever to the email that I have sent asking for explanation on what happened when my son was there for what happened below. Still waiting. Posted the review yesterday and emailed a couple of times to the office, but no reply with an explanation of what happened. As the reviews posted by other patients, this has happened many times before and clearly, the charges aren't being disclosed upfront and if disclosed, not clearly. It is amazing to me that a business can continue to practice in this manner after repeated compaints.. My son just left their office for contact eye exam and was charged ridiculous fee of $500.00 and I was told that this is with "20%" off their regular price. I called office and talked to a lady named Kris who told me that is how much they charge and she told my son that "before" the exam which my son said he wasn't told until afterwards. Regardless, $500.00 for a routine contact eye exam? Am I the only one that thinks this is a highway robbery? My entire family has been wearing glasses and contact lens and have never seen anything like this. The only reason I went to this place was because of time sensitivily but wow.. Has anyone ever paid this much for a routine contact exam?

my daughter was completely uncomfortable from the minute she walked in. the assistant who blows air into the eye was condescending. she has a masters degree and they treated her like a child. they try to push a lot of extra procedures when all she wanted was a new contact prescription. she declined eye detection, etc and they asked about it more than once. they used dilation as a punishment for her NOT paying for the extra procedures. "you are clearly not getting it". "You don't understand, you need to do this..." she will NOT be back. Avoid this place. The doctor was trying to do fear factor about glaucoma on a 23 year old~ Give us a break. It would be better for your business just to do a quality job and get repeat happy customers than try and manipulate to get an extra $100 test. Super lame.

Highly recommend Maple Lawn Eye Care Center! The entire team was fantastic from start to finish. As a new eyeglass wearer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they took the time to address every single one with patience and care. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I truly luv it and couldn’t be happier with my visit!

Excellent service here. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring .. front desk, technician, optical, and manager. Not sure why other recent complaints, my experience is and always has been top notch!
