I am a regular client, however came into the clinic for an eye emergency and it's a good thing I did. I have a corneal ulcer and they were able to evaluate me quickly and prescribe treatment. They also helped me get new glasses and contacts that will better suit my eye care needs! The entire team was kind, understanding and supportive. Excellent care; I appreciate them very much!

Went in for an eye examination as I am wanting to purchase new glasses. All around great customer service at front desk to the technician who did the preliminary intake. Dr Montgomery was very personable and professional. She took the time to explain the various eye photos with regard to optical nerve health..much appreciated!

I visited MVECC after I saw bleeding spot in my eye. It was an emergency type visit as I was concerned. I was greeted and felt at home when told them my issue and the ladies at the front desk were caring and understanding. They went and asked if I could be seen and after a few minutes and some conversation told me they would fit me in. Dr. Morris was great. Very thorough and assured me I was going to be OK. It was a huge relief. The whole experience was great and I'm going to switch providers and see them again. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the whole experience. I will be back.

I love Dr. Montgomery! She is fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. I would give her five stars if I could rate just her. The office staff are very nice as well. But here’s where the business could do better - their glasses and sunglasses are very expensive! They had 20% off promotion sales printed on flyers in each exam room but it only applies to some items in their showroom (not specified). After leaving their business, I went online and found exactly what I’m looking for at a greatly reduced price. I don’t mind paying a little more to support local businesses but not 35% more. Their pricing model should take into account their online competition. They could have made a little profit from my purchase with a more competitive price but they didn’t make any when I went elsewhere.

Maple Valley Eye Care has been my place of choice for many years. Dr. Neal is very good at answering any questions I have and is also great at explaining what is seen on my eye photos. He's always smiling and genial. The office crew is so accommodating and service is fast. I highly recommend their services.
