Excellent staff and Doctors. My five year old daughter and myself had a combined appointment, and the staff and Dr. Napier made sure she was comfortable and engaged, and Dr. Napier explained the process to me as she conducted the exam. Excellent experience, I highly recommend.
I absolutely love Dr. Napier. She's so friendly and actually takes time to talk TO you and not AT you. She's not your typical rush in, eye exam, rush out and let everyone else do the explaining Dr. She does it all herself (besides the beginning that the assistant does) and in a way it's like talking to a friend you've known for years. She sees me and all 4 of my girls and we all love her! Also, the staff there.... Amazing. The lady at the front desk is the absolute sweetest, the assistant that does the initial steps was great. We talked and laughed the entire time. The lady that takes the glasses order, also the sweetest! The atmosphere there is family oriented and everyone is very friendly. I've gone to other eye doctors over the years (3 kids in glasses since prek) and they were all very business like, dry, to the task and that's it. If you want somewhere that will treat you more like family vs just another client, I can't recommend them enough!
Best optometrist in town. 2 locations makes it easy pick things up. Dr. Napier is awesome. Many of the staff work at both locations so you can schedule at either location. Great friendly staff at both locations.
I read reviews before scheduling an appointment. They had a very good rating. I can now confirm the high rating is indeed well deserved. If you are looking for a place that calls you by name and treats you like family, this is the place for you! Many of the employees knew each other personally before working together professionally. This makes for a great team and environment!
I have a number of health issues that make my eye exam a bit more involved than typical. This was my first appt with Dr. Napier. She so very thorough, and knowlegeable. So patient gathering and reviewing all of my health info. She is the nicest, most down to earth provider I've ever been to. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. They won me as a patient for life. Thank you Kim, Dr. Napier and everyone at the Mar-Tan branch of the Eye Care Center.
