Best experience I have ever had, everyone is so welcoming and understanding. Got my first pair today and end up purchasing two more pairs. Doctor Sorsky and his staff are amazing and great to work with. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to get your eye exam and great prices for eye wear. I experienced an eye emergency and showed up at the closing of the business day without an appointment. Doctor Sorsky took the time to see me without hesitation. My retina had partially detached requiring immediate attention. Dr. Sorsky called Kaiser to ensure that I was scheduled for surgery the following day. I appreciate his concern and professionalism. Dr Sorsky and his team genuinely care for their patients.

Such an awesome team! They were able to get me in quickly, and the appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about your vision health. I’ve finally found my go-to eye doctor !"

The staff was very kind - however here are the reasons I was not impressed.. 1. My son has an eating disorder/Austim, and without knowing anything about my child - The Dr. spent a good bit of his time telling me and my child that he should not be on tablets, but rather outside. He has no idea what my child does daily- and assumed by his weight that my son does nothing but play on his screens. He also spent time telling me that use of screens can heighten “autism symptoms”. We were there for an eye exam not his opinion or medical advice. 2. Run down facility/not very clean- the floors, walls, were so old and run down. It was pretty sad, 3. He tried to up-sale me their glasses and put down other places, I had to firmly explain to him that his items were NOT in our budget. 4. I know I said that the staff was kind, and so was the Dr. beyond him saying what he said. I do want to say he spoke to my son with kindness, and had tried to joke around with him. You can tell he has a kind heart, and that does go far in my book. Its what keeps me from giving a one star review. Had he kept his comments to himself and kept it kind, silly (to keep my son comfortable) and about eyes, I wouldn’t of thought to even spend time posting.

I made an appointment for my children for eye exams and I was pleasantly impressed with the friendly staff and professionalism. Dr. Sorsky made my kids feel at ease and made the experience very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend this office!
