We were very impressed with Dr. Robison and the entire team. The visit was very thorough and comprehensive, and I felt confident and reassured about my child’s care. A special shout-out to the nurse for being so patient, gentle, and attentive — it truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommend!

Having visited Marietta Eye Clinic at Cumming a few times, I was impressed by the friendliness and competence of staff. As a new patient, I noted staff were quick to request records from my previous provider and to notify me when the records arrived. I was also impressed with Dr. Li who took the time to thoroughly examine my background and current vision. I am confident she will provide the necessary medical treatment. J. Howard

Review for glasses, not doctors. 1 star because I bought a ~$500 pair of glasses that I was told at the try-on shopping time that if I didnt like them or wasnt happy, no worries--I could return them within 30 days. Upon pick up, I didn't like them and decide right away before leaving the parking lot to return them. They started the return, almost completed it, then all of the sudden got up, went in the back to talk to a manager and came out to now say that there was a 20% restocking fee which was NOT stated at time of purchase or anytime during the shopping experience. Their argument was that this fee was listed on the receipt...the one that is GIVEN AFTER PAYMENT two weeks prior and in very small fine print, so I should just know about it. I said again that this fee was never mentioned during shopping experience at all while I was encouraged more than once to purchase the glasses because of the easy 30 day return policy. Their excuse was and I quote, "We dont tell everyone that [about the restock fee]" and "we dont receive many returns." (I also have never returned a pair of glasses either.) I was honestly considering buying a different pair of glasses while I was there but not after that! And we will not be sending any our other family members or friends, all whom have purchased contacts and many pairs of glasses for many years! Lost a lot of business all for a 20% restock fee. Sad for this experience and it ruined my day TBH. I also rarely post low reviews because I rarely have this type of shopping experience! I would much rather praise for great service.

I had an issue with my eye for about a week, so I scheduled an appointment at Marietta Eye Clinic in Cumming, GA, and I was seen right away. Dr. Crystal Sol examined my eye thoroughly, found the cause of the problem, and prescribed medication. She was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant throughout the visit. Within a couple of days, my eye had recovered. I truly appreciate the staff and doctors at this location and would highly recommend them.

From the minute we walked in and until We had left the staff and Doc had given us great care and service. The appointment had been for my teenaged granddaughter loved how they had talked to her as the patient! The office clean and pleasant environment. No waiting and Dr Sol very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
