Marion Eye Centers

I went with my husband to his eye appointment. Dr Hall was wonderful and willing to answer my husband's questions. Optician Lake, however, was another story. After the HIPPA violation she made, she accused us of being difficult and refused to help my husband order his glasses. The front desk person, Cheyenne, had to take over to complete our order. She was very friendly and helpful up until she also accused my husband of being difficult since the moment he walked in the door. If asking questions and trying to get clarification on pricing and documents that need signed is "difficult", then this isn't the place for us. That's just not an appropriate way to treat customers.

Place is trash! Doctor is always leaving so they are always canceling your appointment and trying to set it out 3 months later. Been trying to get in since August but the doctor has been "sick" every time. Just coincidentally on such a fine sunny day every time too. If you cant stay foe appointments. Dont make them. Your time isnt the only ones that is valuable. Highly recommend not even trying to get in their. The females are rude and lazy

Rescheduled my appt 2 times...then when I show 16 minutes late because I couldn't couldn't get off work earlier they told me I had to reschedule again....oh but the numerous times I've sat in there 30 to 45 minutes past my appointment times waiting on them...my family and i have been going there for years. We've never been late for an appointment. I had to reschedule twice. First time due to their negligence. We were already at the office and they had to reschedule due to their mistake. So i rescheduled...then they called the week of and told me.we.needed to reschedule. No reason was given. Then im late, when i shouldnt have been their anyway. Customer service is not a priority

We love Marion eye center that’s where I take my kids to get there glasses and they loved there’s Two weeks ago when we picked them up!

Both of my kiddos see Dr. Hall. She is so kind and patient with them! Very personable and welcoming. She remembers things they like/do and is sure to bring it up during visits, which makes them feel included and special. We love her!
