Dr. Billings is amazing! He cares about you and makes sure your eyes are at optimum health. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've got my family going to him now as well.

The lady who collected my total was very rude and huffed and sighed as loud as possible while assisting me. I’m not sure what her issue was with me since she was perfectly happy and conversational with the individuals she was assisting before me. Every time I asked a question she seemed highly annoyed. It was important to me that I ask questions because to be honest this was my first eye exam by myself. Doctor was professional but seemed to rush me out, seemed like he was overly booked. Waited about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I’m not sure I didn’t really time it. I’m not saying it’s completely unprofessional here but I am saying they need to work on their customer service no matter who they’re speaking with.

Always a good experience at Marion Eye Center. Doctors are knowledgeable, very helpful and always easy to talk to and understand. They address my needs promptly. The staff is very kind, courteous and helpful as well. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Marion Eye Center! Courtney was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all the concerns were addressed, she took my concerns and symptoms (ie blurred vision, floaters, kaleidoscope vision) seriously she didnt dismiss me. Courtney actually took the time to explain each & every test she was performing before doing it & she has the most amazing personality and made me feel as ease during my visit at Marion Eye. Keep Up The Fabulous Job Courtney!!!!!

My kids and I have been going here for years. We love Dr Billings! He is always cracking jokes and making us laugh. The rest of the staff is always very friendly as well!
