Dr. Brian and the whole team are the best! I was there late on a Friday but never felt rushed. Dr. Brian did a very thorough exam and went over everything I needed to know about my eyes. Leslie was great too, making the insurance process easy, and Tia handled my pre-testing efficiently. Everyone is so warm and friendly as well. My entire family are patients here. I highly recommend Marshall Eye Care.
I was late to my appointment almost 20 minutes and they still accommodated me. Everyone was extremely nice and communicated very well. It was very clean and the set up was nice. Dennis helped me pick my frames based off what he noticed I was interested in and he explained what frames would fit my lenses, my face, and my eyes best. And all this happened in about 45 minutes I was literally in and out. I love it here 🥹 immaculate service
Dr. Courtney Cates, the receptionists and the glasses technicians all provided exceptional care for me from the moment I walked through the doors. I love how Dr. Cates explains her findings from the exam and also love that she educates about how vision connects to whole body function. There were many great options for frames and the technician who helped me was phenomenal. She was so patient, gave great feedback, and was incredibly kind. Other things I liked about my experience at Marshall Eye Clinic were: The virtual paperwork forms were streamlined, quick and easy to complete and not clunky like many EMR health history forms. The office was also very clean. I would recommend Marshall Eye Clinic for all ages! Thank you Dr. Cates + team for your exceptional care.
We had a wonderful experience with Marshall Eye Care and Dr. Cates! I am genuinely happy and excited to for my son to be under her care. My son, now 8, has worn glasses since he was 16 months. She completed the most thorough exam to date and spent time with us answering questions. I am so happy we found her and decided to switch to Marshall Eye Care.
Beginning at the front desk, the new front desk Courtney is beyond helpful and truly goes out of her way to help patients with questions and insurance. Dr. Tina Marshall is absolutely the most amazing ophthalmologist I have ever seen and I have worn glasses for 35 years. After seeing Dr. Tina I also took my two daughters who are in middle school. One of my girls who has the worst eyesight problem was very anxious about the appointment it being her first time to need glasses Dr. Marshall took her time with her, thoroughly explained what was going on and by the end my girl was all smiles picking out new glasses to wear!! I would recommend this practice to everyone!!
