Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls

I had an issue refilling a prescription. I spoke to 4 different nurses and was told it was filled and pick it up. It wasn't. The ball was dropped not once, but 4 times and the last nurse was very defensive and not helpful at all. I can see why they have only a 2 star review.

This is the worst place as far as the staff goes. On arrival you’ll hear two different radio stations going AND the tv. Being neurodivergent it is all I can do to not lose my mind. Plus I can hear ALL the talking going on. I asked the appointment desk folks if they could just have one thing going. Pick a radio or the tv. They said it was corporate policy and that there was nothing they could do. They were extremely disrespectful and flippant. Unfortunately this is the only clinic available locally.

Good and caring people work here. But the company has indirectly been taken over by a private equity like company, Sanford Health. It's all about the money. People use this clinic because it's the closest option. *They routinely lose and give up your private health information. Anything info you give them will/has been leaked online.*

First time here. Campus looks very nice and kept up. Staff was very friendly and personable.

I feel so bad for the other reviewers, with their awful experiences..... We've been going here for over 12 years now, I have only had very good experiences. With Park Falls as our main go to clinic & the one in Minocqua; my husband myself,&my sister,she was an Emergency case the Dr in the emergency room stiched her face & mouth inside & out. She has one tiny almost invisible scar just above her lip! I Would like to give both over the 5 star rating! I've only had one encounter with my meds. By a different Dr. Than mine. A mistake to be sure ....especially by me when I didn't check my new medicines milligrams. & I think the hospital is great too. Would give them over 5 stars too.
