Dr Chang was amazing, it’s my first time seeing him. He was patient and very thorough with examining my eyes and explaining everything to my understanding. Claudia helped me pick my new glasses and she’s very helpful, kind, knowledgeable. Everyone at office are friendly, helpful and respectful to customers.

My experience at Gold Eye Care on Telephone Road was exceptional. Dr. Marc reminded me that some professions still benefit greatly from genuine, in-person care rather than virtual appointments. His professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise made the entire visit feel personal and reassuring. Noelia was equally wonderful — she helped me select both my new glasses and color contacts with patience and great taste. Experiences like this are a reminder that human interaction, attention to detail, and real customer care will never go out of style.

Nice, clean, facility. Friendly staff. They even put up with my unique sense of humor. They were helpful in picking out my frames for my safety glasses which is what I was there for. Talk to them while you're there. They like the conversation. The Dr. said too many people just sit and only reply to questions. They are people too, talk and joke with them.
