I’ve been going to this place for two years now and they always get my glasses right..They’re so quick with it as well! The atmosphere is amazing too. It’s so fancy so neat. I absolutely love it. I totally recommend coming here!

I have been a patient at this practice for years, which makes this experience even more shocking and disappointing. My recent interaction with Dr. Furhad Naseh and his office has been, without question, the worst medical experience I have ever had. After my appointment in February, the office failed to submit my insurance pre-authorization for nearly three months. There is absolutely no reasonable excuse for a delay of this magnitude, especially when a patient’s medical treatment depends on timely action. Because of the office’s inaction, my care was unnecessarily delayed while I was left waiting with no answers. For almost three months, I called the office at least twice every week trying to get an update. Time after time, I was met with the same result: no one could provide an answer, no one would connect me with someone who could help, and no one took ownership of the problem. I spent countless hours following up on something that should have been handled by the office from the beginning. I eventually spoke with Eduardo, who introduced himself as the operations manager. He assured me that he would send proof that the authorization had been submitted. That promise, like so many others, was never fulfilled. I never received the documentation or even a courtesy follow-up. What is most disturbing is not just the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and respect for patients. Ignoring repeated calls, failing to communicate, and making promises that are never kept is simply unacceptable for any medical practice. If this is how established patients are treated, I cannot imagine what new patients experience. I have completely lost confidence in this office and would not recommend it to anyone who values timely care, honest communication, and professional responsibility. Patients deserve far better than months of delays, broken promises, and being left to fight for their own medical care.

I want to say my mother and I had such a wonderful experience here and I especially want to recognize Yesica. During one of my mother’s visit a few days ago, she went above and beyond to help my mother, who struggles due to a language barrier. Yesica was incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to make sure my mom felt comfortable, heard, and cared for every step of the way, sometimes do to my job it’s hard for me to stay and help out but Yesica just has a sweet soul. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares the way she does. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. She didn’t just do her job—she made a real difference in our experience. Maryland Eye Institute thank you and very fortunate to have someone like Yesica on their team. I highly recommend this office, especially because of the level of care and attention she provides. Thank you again, Yesica, for everything you did for my mother, aunt and me!

My Father got a pair of bifocal glasses that he really didnt like due to having issues using the bifocal. They worked with us and split his prescription and reading glasses into two separate glasses for no extra cost. Great service and kind people.

I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and have always received excellent care. The whole staff is very friendly and efficient in the care they provide. Dr. Naseh provides excellent care and involves the patient in decision making after clearly explaining the pros and cons of each situation.
