Can be a hit or miss. First due to their automated messaging, it can be HARD to get a live person on the phone, so just keep calling. Have had no issues with the eye exams I've had here, but some front desk workers are extremely nice and helpful while others are not. Received an attitude after being a customer for two years because I requested my pupillary distance to get glasses at a cheaper location. By law Massachusetts has to provide your PD with your glasses prescription, even if they charge for it, which is their right. Male front desk worker told me to come in person, as he wouldn't give it to me over the phone. Came in person, and the older blonde woman in glasses was extremely rude and hostile that I knew the PD optometrist laws by state. She gave me my PD, but extremely reluctantly. I checked out their glasses while I was there and the selection wasn't that great anyway. I've worked for an eye doctor, giving out a patient's pupillary distance isn't affecting the front desk unless they get a commission. 🙄 Again, hit or miss. It's good they're open on the weekends and the physicians are good, but front desk staff don't need to act like they're working at the Four Seasons; it's a strip mall eyeglasses shop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the right eyeglasses and explained everything clearly. The service was fast and professional, and I had a great experience overall.

Thanks to the person that was helping me with my broken glasses. With a good customer service and a smile on her face, Withins 20-30 minutes I able to get my glasses done and ready to use.

I visited Visionworks about 8 minutes before closing to choose a pair of glasses. I already knew which pair I wanted, so it would have been a quick selection, but I was told they were already closing and couldn’t assist me. Technically, the store hours indicate they are open until 6 PM, and customers should be able to receive service during that time. If staff are unable to assist customers close to closing, the posted hours should reflect that. Professionalism means providing service until the stated closing time, and this experience was disappointing.

The location is convenient with flexible hours. They have nice collection with wide range of prices that fit everyone. Caysie was highly professional and informative. She helped me find the perfect fit for my face. They offer one month free return/exchange. Highly recommend and definitely come back again.
