I had my Vision Exam with glasses ordered. After paying for frames that I had found cheaper in other retailers, it took 2 calls, a “they’ll be here by the end of the month”. and a month and a half just to get told they have not yet been made. The staff is friendly however the prices and waiting times are not. I ordered much better frames with transitions for the fraction of the price and i got them in 1 week. Probably won’t return back here because of the wait time..

It has been over three weeks since ordering two pairs of glasses. Just today was informed that it could be a week or longer for the lenses to arrive. Was originally told 7-10 days. They will not call and tell you it’s taking longer, and when you call to ask they keep saying you will get a message when they are ready, like stop calling us. Their after the sale follow through is lacking. Back for an update: this week it will be two months. Have been told more than once that someone will call me back by the end of the day. Doesn’t happen, have left VM that do not get returned.

Horrible service. When we ordered glasses girl didn’t take any of my info. Of course 2 weeks later I call go see if the glasses are here and they can’t find them, saying the girl who we ordered with no longer works there. So we had to wait another 2 weeks! When I get there they still can’t find them .

Why doesn't someone answer the phone? Instead I get a text message reply. This is odd for a business. Then I get rude responses. 11 days later still no glasses. Otherwise everything was handled with great care.

I love this clinic! I go every time for eye exams and health issues and they never fail to make me feel welcomed! Ruby and Ivonne are very sweet and friendly! They always has a positive attitude right when you walk in! Really do recommend vision source!!
